Mike is a strategic adviser and campaign architect whose career spans corporate leadership, public affairs, journalism and civic advocacy. He has advised FTSE 100 companies, governments and social-impact organisations, helping them navigate complex political and regulatory environments and turn ambitious ideas into credible strategies.

His work combines a close understanding of institutional power with a sharp sense of timing, narrative and coalition-building. He has designed and delivered campaigns that have shaped policy and public opinion in the UK and internationally, aligning stakeholders and opening routes to lasting change. Mike brings clear judgement and practical strategic counsel to boards, leaders, philanthropists and mission-led organisations confronting difficult public-policy and advocacy challenges. His approach is both analytical and highly practical.

Peter is a former diplomat with 30 years’ experience representing the United Kingdom internationally, including in complex and politically sensitive environments. He led multi-country teams and provided strategic counsel to ministers, ambassadors and heads of government, helping to navigate delicate negotiations, build trusted coalitions and advance diplomatic, economic and development priorities.

His career took him across Europe, Africa and the Middle East and demanded judgement, discretion and an ability to find common ground among competing interests. Peter now brings that experience to mission-led organisations, combining international perspective with deep expertise in diplomacy, strategy and governance. As a governor of both a secondary school and a further-education college, he also has direct experience of institutional leadership and a strong commitment to opportunity for young people.

Harbakhsh is an award-winning communications strategist and heritage leader with more than three decades of experience in Westminster politics, public affairs and cultural advocacy. He helps organisations sharpen their voice, build strategic influence and deepen engagement with the people and institutions that matter.

As Vice-Chair of the UK Punjab Heritage Association, he has led ambitious public-history initiatives including Empire, Faith & War, bringing overlooked stories of Sikh service in the First World War to wide audiences through exhibitions, digital storytelling and education. He is also a PR and editorial consultant to Kashi House. Recognised with the British Empire Medal in the 2024 New Year Honours for voluntary service to Sikh and Punjabi heritage, Harbakhsh brings integrity, creativity and deep experience of communications, stakeholder engagement and inclusive public narratives.
